Getting my tooth pulled
So tomorrow morning I will be departing with my top right wisdom tooth. I was a bit sad Thursday afternoon when I had thought about departing with my tooth because it was the best economical decision I could make for the time being. I just knew that I was not going to cough up $700 dollars for the root canal procedure, which was the ideal choice since I didn’t want to depart with my tooth. Some people might think that it’s just a tooth and it probably is but in reality it’s part of me or my body. That tooth has been with me longer than friends, family or what ever you want to compare to it. All in all it’s been with me for a long time and it has adjusted to my mouth and other teeth in that crowded area. It moved up when I lost on of my side tooth when I was in middle school and aligned extremely well with the bottom wisdom tooth that I still have along with the other three that haven’t been mentioned.
As you see my teeth react and function very well when change occurs that causes the teeth to make adjustments. It’s something we all take for granted how great our body is and what it does and can do for you. So I just don’t see it as a tooth but a detail that defines part of my body. I know we all lose teeth from time to time and I understand that. When teeth fall out it is part of a natural process where you don’t actually have the decision to lose it or not. You lose it because those were baby teeth as they say and new ones need to grow out and take their place. But in my situation it’s not that, I’m actually make a choice that isn’t natural and by that I feel as if I might be interfering with a law of life that my body follows. None the less the final decision I made was still a decision and that was to get my tooth pulled out on Monday morning. Not sure what to expect since this is my first time getting a tooth pulled out. I just know I’ll probably have a swollen jaw, maybe just an assumption.

Have your say:
You will be alright, you’ll probably get a couple of minor headaches and change the gauge that the dentist gave every hour or so. All in all you will be alright, but you will be very hungry though out it all.
Thank for the advice Karl. So far so good as in pain, hardly any. But I think that’s because I’m still under the effects of the drugs.
