Debugging
Ahh well I’ve finally finished doing some debugging on this very website. Not exactly happy with the end result but it works just like I needed to. So in that extent I shouldn’t be huffing and puffing but it took me all week to get it down to the final result.
I started out going through the steps like I had before the last contact form I wrote up with php. Except it was diffrent this time because I was working within the wordpress framework and thats where I keep getting my errors since wordpress has a script that takes care of all comments sent to the server via a form. So not knowing that was happening I was going back and forth tracking my steps as if I had done some missteps or spelling errors. Continue Reading…
Sleep Priorities
I enjoy sleeping like most people, but its hard for me to actually do it consistently. What I mean by consistently is that I hardly get the right amount of sleep my body needs every night. It’s a different amount of hours every night. Sometimes its five hours or four hours. The only thing that is consistent is the time I wake up which is at six a.m. every morning. How strange it is that I can consistently wake up at the same time Monday through Friday and even on weekends when I wake up to catch some English Premier League soccer matches. Continue Reading…
Evolution of czepeda
The evolution of czepeda.com recent redesign or an actual design started early July of 2009. It started as most websites or any design that I do on a sketchpad. I knew before I started sketching that I wanted the website to be simple and clean.
It started off like that but at times I would get too creative and the end result of the sketches would sometimes end up looking very busy. The beginning was pretty much erasing, sketching, erasing, sketching over and over. Continue Reading…
To-Do List
So I’ve done quite a bit on my website in just a handful of days thanks to having a tooth removed. As of now my website represents ideally what I wanted it to be, a blogging website where I can release my thoughts and have them documented.
Now that it is essentially done I can do some clean up and a few twicks here and there, just as I’d imagine is what happens after a house is built. You would clean up all the debris and materials left over that were not used or were at one point. Continue Reading…
Website plans
So I’ve really gotten into working with WordPress fairly quickly since using it with this very website. Like I had said in my previous post that it is fairly easy to use. Then again I had for a good while been reading articles and articles on how to use WordPress but never made the attempt to actually use it until a few days ago.
At first what I had thought was going to be the hardest part of using WordPress was creating a theme for it, but not the case at all. Continue Reading…
Working with WordPress
So far so good has been my experience working with wordpress as my website’s CMS. Then again I haven’t done much as implement my own theme and twicked the php code a little bit here and there. Mostly removing unnecessary code that I don’t want or need for the website posts. So far the most enjoying part has been obviously creating my own theme and not using the standard theme that comes with all wordpress installs. The theme I’m using for this site is based on the colors that I saw from this two Aztec plates or dishes. Continue Reading…
Getting my tooth pulled
So tomorrow morning I will be departing with my top right wisdom tooth. I was a bit sad Thursday afternoon when I had thought about departing with my tooth because it was the best economical decision I could make for the time being. I just knew that I was not going to cough up $700 dollars for the root canal procedure, which was the ideal choice since I didn’t want to depart with my tooth. Some people might think that it’s just a tooth and it probably is but in reality it’s part of me or my body. Continue Reading…
